baking day

guess what, today i bake banana muffins together with my wifey. actually we tried baking banana muffins last week as well. but last week ones were pretty dry n theres not enough banana. so today lim peh is so kiasu that i put in a hell loads of bananas. wah the end result, the texture is so moist n the banana so rich. wah like 5 stars or 6 stars hotels' chef standard. jiak kao song song kao joo koon!
